All files must be Mac formatted.
We accept Freehand.eps, Publisher.eps, Illustrator.eps, Photoshop.eps or .tiff, native Quark files, native InDesign files and PDF's (please read the below disclaimer and view job options before submitting PDFs). All photo's should be CMYK 300 dpi, line art should be 1200 dpi. Please do NOT export PDFs directly from Quark or InDesign.
SkyWest Magazine will provide production assistance when needed. Please contact your sales rep or call 208-333-9990 for production design rates. Ads not submitted ready for output will subject to additionalcharges.
*Regarding PDF files
Customer-created PDF files are considered advanced format workflow and requirespecial consideration. Our Electronic Prepress Department uses the Apogee© Pilot Workflow from AGFA which is a PDF workflow. Below are the precise settings for the applications utilized by our Prepress department.These guidelines must be followed to work properly with the workflow of our printer. To minimize problems we have had in the past, PDFs will now only be accepted using the below guidelines supplied from our printer.
